At Fr1ngue, each product is made to order, just for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong sizing or a simple change of mind. Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we canât offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Be in its original packaging

Have a clear manufacturing or printing defect (see list below)

đž If there’s an issue, a photo of the defect is required via our contact page.
đ Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a faulty or misprinted product, we will send you a replacement of the same item at no cost.
Accepted defects include:

Holes or faulty stitching

Once your returned item is received and inspected, weâll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days (depending on your bank).

Contact your credit card company â it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

đ Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable, unless they are defective.
đ Returning a Product
Before returning any item, please contact us to get the correct return address.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If youâre returning an item of higher value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
