What happens if your package is returned to us?

The following are common reasons for items being returned to the sender:

• The address does not exist or is incorrect.
• The shipment is underpaid.
• The recipient moved without providing a forwarding address.
• The shipment was refused by the recipient.

For EU and other addresses, it is currently not possible to modify the RTS address. Due to legal restrictions, we must use the address of our factory in Leipzig, Germany.
When an order is returned to us, we will contact you and offer a second chance to resend it.

Unfortunately, refunds for these orders are not possible, as you are responsible for your orders at this stage.
All claims must be made no later than 30 days after the product’s expected delivery date.
